「We had the most amazing stay at this property! The hotel was insanely beautiful and very well kept. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of, and accommodated every request we had. Truly have never been so impressed by a hotel. 1000% recommend staying here if you are traveling to Lake Atitlan/San Marcos. They can even help arrange private transfers for you to eliminate stress. I will definitely be back in the future, not one bad thing to say about this hotel!!! Huge...

「This property charges premium prices but delivers very little beyond the view. The location overlooking Lake Atitlán is beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The internet was essentially unusable during my stay. For a hotel at this price level, reliable internet should be basic. I had work to do and could not connect. Mobile data also barely works in this location, so the hotel’s Wi-Fi is the only option. What made the situation worse was the response from staff. No one...

「This was a most spectacular and breathtaking place to stay. We got the top view. A bit of a hike up but so worth it. We got to lay in bed and look out to the stars, daybreak and volcanos. From the balcony we could see the lake. I loved the open private bathroom and our own sitting area. Definitely glamping. The next surprise was the restaurant there. Like having your own private chef. My husband always finds the most amazing places to stay. So friendly and loved the dogs. 」
