“This hotel provided us a room with a non-working refrigerator, which they knew ahead of time prior to check-in. We brought this to the staff’s attention, to which they did not discount our room, nor did they accommodate us by providing another room, free of charge. Unfortunately the few perishables we had purchased for the remainder of our stay were spoiled because of this, as we had anticipated a working refrigerator. Additionally they had no further amenities. We were very disappointed and……

Their parking is underground beneath the hotel and may be too tight for a larger vehicle, though it worked fine for us. A great value for a good stay in Shkoder.”

“This place has the luxury of a boutique hotel with the ambiance of albanian hospitality. The rooms were beautiful, clean and unique, breakfast was delicious and fresh, but most of all the team & staff were lovely. “It was hard to take luggage to the chalet’s. They were very creaky rooms made of wood. You could hear everything in the loft when a person moved. The faucets were leaky, so you could hear drips while trying to sleep. The hotel triple beds room look like prison camp rooms. Very small tight and little. Not much room for luggage and to move around. If you like glamping. This is where you need to be. If you like luxury or comfort. No way Jose!”

“There’s some construction happening on the ground floor that worried us at first; however, once we located reception and checked into our rooms we found them to be clean, comfortable, and quite nice. The staff was very helpful and they let us park our van and store our luggage at the hotel while we are away on the Theth-Valbone 3-day trek.”

“The Expedia listing for the hotel showed a Spa and Pool. On arrival at hotel however the entire Ground Floor, Spa and Pool were torn apart for renovations. Access to the rooms was through a small side door, not well marked. If I had know amenities were closed I would have booked a different hotel. Should have gotten a discount for the room considering.”
