Staff on reception lovely. When first entering the room the bedroom was clean but the sink looked like it had had coca cola tipped down it and not wiped down. Brown marks all over it. Had to wipe it clean befor use. Staff member with blond light straight hair in the evening was lovely. Sunday 23rd ...
