"Fabulous location, spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful character cottage fitted with high end furnishings. We enjoyed sitting in the garden having a glass of wine in the evening and coffee in the morning. Only small drawback during our summer stay was the amount of people walking by the front of the house going to look at the beautiful church. Also highly recommend the Thyme & Lovage cafe located in the annex building south side of the church and next to the car park. Lovely setting and tasty breakfast/brunch. FYI the kitchen closes at 3:00, but pastries are available or yummy sausage rolls"

"Great stay with my partner & dog. Very helpful staff. Wish i had got the names of the two staff members who helped me most but forgot. Would high recommend this stay to anyone. Breakfast was brilliant. The room was small but really nice. The outdoor seating area was great to enjoy a drink in the afternoon. 5/5"

"Beautiful hotel and wonderful breakfast included with stay. We stayed in the Old Justice room and despite not having air conditioning, we were able to open the windows to cool the room very comfortably. The room was beautiful and having the extra living space as a separate room made it feel so spacious and luxurious. Burford is a BEAUTIFUL town and we enjoyed wandering up and down the streets both evenings of our stay. This hotel is centrally located and very easy to walk the entire town in both directions from the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff, clean but quite a small room, very comfortable bed, shower was adequate but there was water pressure / supply issue when other residents were using their showers in the morning, good breakfast. We were only there for the one-night’s stay visiting Crocodiles of the World."

"This is a beautifully kept three bedroom cottage just off the main high street in the town of Burford. The cottage has its own private parking spot which means you don't have to worry about finding a parking spot. It also has a beautiful, well kept garden which is lovely to have coffee in in the morning or relax and have a snooze in the afternoons. I stayed with my family in May for 11 days and we really felt we were able to relax and enjoy our stay. The location of the cottage means you benefit from it being quiet and away from the high street huddle and bustle yet only a two minute walk from all the little boutique shops and pubs in Burford. Burford, known as "the gateway to the Cotswolds", is also very well located just off the A40 so getting to other places in the Cotswolds is really convenient. The house keeper Sian, was so welcoming and helpful when we stayed and she lives locally so is only a few minutes away if you need anything. The cottage is a 'cottage' in the true sense so expect two small bathrooms and a narrow steep stairs but this is typical of all genuine cottages. The village has lots of little artisan shops, a bakery and coffee shops and a few pubs. Whitney is only an 18 minute drive away, where there are three large super markets and everything you would expect of a larger town. If the want something that has a real cottage feel to it, conveniently located in a beautiful Cotswold village then Church Cottage is definitely worth a visit."

"We stayed at the Brewery with friends and family and honestly cannot recommend it enough. The house is stunning - so much so that I didn’t want to leave and the location is absolutely perfect. Stay Cotswolds provided responses well and information was perfect. I’d definitely book with them again!"
