"My husband misplaced his photo ID the day before check in so when he arrived at the motel staff denied him the ability to check in and use the prepaid room. He returned the next day with proper ID and again was refused access to his prepaid room since he didn’t check in the night before; of course ..."

"The pool was the best hotel pool I have ever experienced. The freezer needed defrosting because I coujd not get my ice packs in. The staff were great about solving the issue. I would stay here again."

"Lisa is a great host. The place was super clean and is a great central spot to stay if you want to travel around the U.P. We had an issue where the pilot light went out on the hot water and her husband was there ASAP to fix it. Good pizza at the store as well"
