Excellent beach front location. Bars good, food good. Everything is here for a great relaxing stay - but the property needs a good deal of updating and modernisation. I would stay again, especially if I knew some TLC had been applied, as it is decent value for an Antiguan resort.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and comfortable. We had a few minor issues that were promptly resolved. I highly recommend the condo's here. We enjoyed the pool on a day of down time.

I like that the room had a kitchen with an oven so we could cook pizza being there only one night. There’s a couple bars across the street at Jolly Harbour so you’ll hear music till about 10 PM but I’m not sure if it’s every night. BUT the condo had not been cleaned properly - previous guest's toothbrush and other items were still in bathroom. The outside is just UGLY and the condo is WAY TOO FAR from the beach.
