“Clean hotel. Comfortable beds and friendly helpful staff”

“Marriot Residence Inn in Princess Palm Tampa FL needs a renovation! Appliances are not up to date, and there was a dent in the refrigerator door. Also they were greasy.. Mold in Shower, baseboards dirty! Floors dirty. Ice maker didn't work in Fridge, no hot water in kitchen sink, 3 inch's of water in dishwasher, didn't dare use it, bathroom sink was plugged up, lighting was so low you could barely see anything in the room. Anyway, you could see globs of plaster in the bathroom.. just isn't up……

“住宿环境一切都很好，唯一不满意的是，我居住了四天，可是没有获得客房服务，我打电话给前台说明了需要客房服务，可是还是没有获得、所以我住了四天，没有获得更换房间里的毛巾以及一些洗簌用品”

“Nice place to stay since this hotel is far from streets that there's no noise at night.”

“When we arrived at the hotel, it was around 5 pm, I had to wait at the front desk if someone can come to check me in. Then without any rush and not any smile, the front desk manager came to check me in. She didn't say "hello" or "welcome" etc. which wasn't nice. The bathroom had mold. The breakfast was……

“I accidentally booked the wrong room before. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, no hot water in the bathroom, and the microwave was also broken. Fortunately, a handsome man helped me choose a different room,”

“El aire no estaba bueno enfriaba bien poco el baño lleno de cabello en l bañera”

“This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room smelled like disinfectant, and there were bloodstains on the floor and walls. I don't know what happened here, and there were cockroaches on the floor and bed. I got allergic reactions after staying there for one night! ! ! !”

“The hotel is kind of new, very nice staff, love the breakfast, pool looked nice, bed was comfortable and bathroom clean and nice. All The attention from Jada the front desk attendant was amazing and she took great care of us and the dogs. We called ahead and asked if we could do an early check in and when we walked in, our room was ready. Will go back.”

“it was a nice place to stay”

“The front desk woman (Pam, I believe) was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. I came in on a Sunday when they happened to have quite a few openings. We chatted a bit and I told her I came here specifically to ride Iron Gwazi at Busch Gardens (yeah, I know). She said she saw I was put into a parking lot view room, and asked if I’d prefer the park view. Absolutely! The coaster was centered in my window. Later in the week I decided to extend my stay for a night. She helped me join……
