The property is located in a quiet street in the old town with a few minutes walk from great restaurants and the sea front. We were made to feel really welcome. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious. There is a little balcony that allows you to sit and read in the afternoon sun. The bus station is only a short walk away which has buses to the airport and other parts...

「Wir waren eine Gruppe von 10 Leuten und hatten eine fabelhafte Zeit bei Panos & Ioanna. Da wir alle 4 Appartments gebucht hatten, waren wir auch unter uns. Die Unterkunft ist super von der Lage, ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man merkt dass an alles gedacht ist. Besonders ist die Dachterasse mit jacuzzi und direktem Meerblick, infinity-Pool Charakter. Auch wenn es um geplante Aktivitäten ging konnte man sich an beide wenden und waren beide immer sehr bemüht. Lage optimal: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Café, Bäcker, Kiosk, Taverne fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Bushaltestelle schräg gegenüber dem Hotel. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Jederzeit gerne wieder!」

「Such a warm welcome from the owner when we arrived at the Irini Studios. We had a nice large studio with balcony and a terrace with lovely countryside and mountain views. The kitchenette was very well equipped with many useful items for our 6 day stay. A super bathroom with possibly the best shower in Crete. We would happily stay at the Irini studios again. 」

「The staff were very friendly which really made me feel welcome right from the get go and throughout my stay. The room was simple but comfortable, with an immersive view of the daily life in Chania. Getting to where I wanted to go was easy to do on foot, and there were plenty of places to eat just a block away. A perfect little getaway for some rest and peace of mind, with no phony fluff of the usual hotel chains. Just you and Chania.」

「The owner and his son went out of the way to always be ready to help. One day I felt sick and they offered to make an appointment at a doctors office, take me there and even stay if I needed someone to translate. Wonderful people and a GREAT place to stay. 」

「Apartments in peaceful location, overlooking olive groves. Very clean and spacious. Beautiful gardens and pool area. Christos friendly and helpful, arranged car hire for us. Pleasant walk into Chania or can easily catch bus. 10 min walk to beach. Would highly recommend, ideal for quieter holiday. 」

「Fint ophold bortset for misforståelser omkring havudsigt. Men vi fik til gengæld et meget roligt værelse ud mod et andet hus. (Så vort råd er tjek beskæftigelsen en ekstra gang, at der står hav hvis det er det du tror du har bestilt, så det ikke ændre sig i beskæftigelsen). Man kan gå en hyggelig tur ind langs vandet til Chania og der er også meget hyggelige lokale restauranter, med havudsigt. 」

「I book a room in this hotel with kitchen and pool side but at last we've got a room with no kitchen and no pool side even not in this hotel in the second night , instead is a hotel over the street called "Anita hotel" , ( The first night we strongly request one with kitchen because we bought some food to cook already )the in-charge told us no more room in this hotel so we gotta stay in his uncle's hotel.」

「Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse. Direkt am Meer und am Rand des Ortes, also toller Meerblick und ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel ist allerdings sehr einfach, die öffentlichen Bereiche alt. Frühstück für griechische Verhältnisse ok, aber alles nicht ansprechend angeboten. 」
