"There are two opposite sides this hotel has its windows facing. One side faces the gas station, and the other one faces an open field where the sun sets.
Facilities here are in good conditions, clean and well maintained. Breakfast is good, too.
Not sure if the dates of my stay was during a high season, but at night, there is almost none parking spaces."

Chegamos por volta das 14:30 e o quarto não estava pronto, saímos e retornamos as 17:30 e ainda não havia quarto pronto. O menino da recepção, não se mostrou preocupado, disse que houve problema com a lavanderia e isso atrasou todo o serviço. Não sei onde entra a minha culpa nesse processo, já que o valor que me cobraram pela diária, foi pago integralmente. Para finalizar, a limpeza deixou muito a desejar,...
"Pillows were stained, and smelly, sheets had hair and room service was non existent, breakfast was always the same items, loud air conditioning. Also everyone hears everything outside the rooms due to poor insulation on walls. Overall a poor experience. "

"The hotel was modern and very clean. The front desk staff and the concierge were amazing, they were very friendly and responsive.
The location is excellent, you have shopping right next to the hotel and there's another mall almost across the street.
The view from the room was great, I had a great view of Guaiba Lake.
We paid for valet parking and it was worth it, never a problem. Just park in front of the hotel and turn in your keys.
I highly recommend The DoubleTree Hotel in Porto Alegre. I will be staying there the next time I visit Porto Alegre,"
