"The condo was super cute, had all the necessary items, however the moment we opened the door and stepped inside, we were hit with a strong odor of mold. Fortunately the weather was on the cool side and we were able to keep the slider open while on the premises. For this reason we will not rent this particular unit again, hence the 3 star rating. We have friends in the area and the location was perfect. We won’t hesitate to reach out to Fun Coast Rentals in the future for other units in the area. "

"The house had everything we could ask for and was close to the beach (it is across a busy street) and town. The pool was a real treat even though the weather did not cooperate and we didn't get in it, we enjoyed dipping our toes in and having our own little oasis. Kitchen was very well stocked and accommodations were as described! Appreciated all the beach chairs, towels, etc. You can tell the owners truly love this place and want their guests to enjoy it as much as they do! Thanks so much!"

"Great accommodations! The room was comfortable and right by the beach. There’s a fully stocked appliances in the kitchen for cooking. The pool is also nice for any kids who want to swim. Only recommendation is to make the Sea Villa distinction clear in the ad - it’s a different location than the address listed in the check-in materials. "

"Our place was spectacular! It was clean and very current in fixtures and finishes. We were there a week and the kitchen was great, the master was very nice. Linens were clean. We loved it. The owners are renovating the property and if the rest of the property is brought to the level of the unit we stayed in, it will be a spectacular place! We’re already looking for next year!"

"There was 1 facecloth but lots of towels. It has a kitchenette but no dishes or cutlery. Instructions on using that tv remote would have been nice. "
