“The room was okay, the bed was dirty the floors not great either.
The fridge stunk !!
I booked a room, upon arrival i was informed my bed was already sold to someone else and was forced to pay an additional fee for an upgrade as that was all that was available.
Was told it's that or cancel the booking even though the email stated no refunds !!
I had roaches running around and felt stuff crawling on me. Never again !!
R550 paid for a terrible night of little sleep and i could not even……

“Absolutely stunning. Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. The entire property is gorgeous. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. They treat their guests like royalty! Easily worth every penny and I will definitely be back! ”
