"My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. "We were met with the most uninterested woman in the reception. Felt like she didn’t care about anything. The room was very small, there was no fan, very tiny windows (felt a bit unsafe) and there was no shower as stated in the booking. The internet was not working during our stay, and there was no safety locker in our room, nor in reception. We were like the only people staying there.
