「The hotel was a very disappointing experience. The facility looked abandoned, and even the name was different upon arrival. I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid.
The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. It took about an hour before they finally agreed to give me a room. Unfortunately, the room itself was dirty and had several damages.

「Lovely Hotel Rather big New Still opening Nice room and beds very clean nice gardens The main pool only has a ladder to get in and out which is very dangerous and disappointing to older people as there are no steps Maybe a wider ladder would help

「Filthy,had to ask for top sheet as blanket was unclean.pillows filthy Bathroom extreamly filthy.lightswitches everything filthy, long worms and snail on bathroom floor,no waste basket no bottled drinking water,waterpressure in shower dropping off.floortiles under basin and in areas in bathroom beyond professional clean.was late,so not able to look for different hotel」
