“I stayed for two different nights within one week. First room was a dump and very disappointing for this price. I complained strongly when checking out, and they were obviously receptive to give me much better room the second night. Regardless, their site (and Expedia) should indicate clearly that they do not operate as a normal hotel. After work hours, there is nobody attending the reception desk and you are on your own to enter multiple gated doors, retrieve your room key from a cabinet, haul……
