“Loved our stay here attentive staff very clean hotel and staff is so friendly”

“Expedia did not tell us we would be getting a motel for the price of a hotel. It smelled like an abandoned building. The bath tub and closets were dirty. Took me almost a can of Lysol and two air fresheners to limit the odor. Bed was small. It was a terrible experience but the staff that worked on both nights were the best.”

“The property is a little bit dated and the room was on the smaller side, but the location and friendly staff made up for that. We just wanted an affordable room for our stay which is what we found at Plim Plaza. It is a great location on the boardwalk and parking wasn't an issue. For parking, they have unloading area and a small lot right at the hotel that fills up, but they have another large parking lot about a block away which always had spots available. The hotel pool was really nice. ……

“Hotel room was pretty clean. My biggest issue was the staff the third day we ran out of towels and we asked all around, but there was no towels available. Another big issue was the room service. They would aggressively knock every morning around 11 AM after the first day we added the do not disturb to our door, but that still didn’t stop them from knocking…”

“The staff were excellent; very helpful, responsive, and friendly. You’re paying for the location, seconds from the beach. The facility itself is run down, lots of rust, dirty curtains, and faded old toilet seats as examples. To top it off, the air conditioning gauge did not work freezing us out over night. The rooms need a full update and refresh.”

“We reserved front ocean view. It was a very nice location to watch air show. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is a bit older so you do see wear and tear but it was clean. Great for a few days with small frig and coffeemaker.”
