"I don’t know why they use Hyatt as the hotel name, I booked it because of the name. But when I walked in, it’s another name, so confused."

Staff are so rude and Elegant, not helpful some cases they raise their voice and shout don’t speak of English have to work with translator they have cheated me with the transport so many timesdon’t So many times "

"The hotel is pretty much in an industrial isolated area. There is nothing good about other than perhaps if you are planning to stay one night only. The internet did not work. Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "
