“Upon arrival we were familiar with the location as we have stayed in the area before. This place was very accommodating for our needs, as we had at one time 6 people (couple kids friends stayed over) and there was plenty of room. One of the kids checked and it is indeed 49 steps to the beach. 1 mile walk to the jetty and the other direction has a much larger beach park. Food is right across the street at Archies i think it is... Overall great location, nice place and courteous and attentive……

“We booked our room last minute and was very pleased with everything. We loved the onsite dining and easy access to the beach. We will definitely visit again.”

“The location was perfect with a great beach view and just above the restaurant/bar. We were a little worried about the possibility of noise from the bar, but it closed early and was never an issue. The restaurant was great, and we ate there often making the stay even more convenient. Of course, the beach was also a very short walk away, so it was perfect. We hope to return and stay here again.”

“This room had no carpet which we liked and a view of the dune bar. We also liked it had a covered entry and a couple of chairs outside. We sat up there and watched the singer during rainy showers and to watch the sunrise. Room service comes around daily asking if you need anything, fresh towels, coffee pods and they are very nice ladies. You could hear people walking around in the room above, we have stayed in the upper rooms before and you don’t get that. Otherwise we loved this room.”

“My wife and I spent a month and a half at this beautiful condo in the Seascape I cluster within Ocean Village (Hutchinson Island, Fort Pierce). The condo was large, roomy, and comfortable with great views of the ocean and surrounding properties. Ocean Village was amazing with regard to the amenities offered. We've never stayed at a property with more to offer. We will return.”

“Carlos is an excellent host with a very fast response time to questions and issues. The town home is incredibly well equipped with towels, bedding , kitchen, comfortable chairs and couches, a few games. And really well equipped shed for going to the beach. There are two bicycles in the shed as well. It only lacks some basic condiments such as salt and pepper and we could not find a kettle or garbage bags. The deck and BBQ are fantastic as well. Our only wish was that we had been told about how……

“Home was everything described and seen in the pictures! Immaculate. Great location. Lots of restaurants nearby. Well maintained. Beautiful private pool. Just about everything we needed was provided by the home owner! Even down to the shampoo! Definitely will stay here again if we get the chance. ”
