“Overall this is a very good hotel but when I ordered a cab to Crescent harbour. I hope the reception could tell me that Crescent harbour is just 5 minutes away that one could walk. So that I could have an option to walk or take the car.”

“This was a very unique, in a good way, property. First, it would be tough to find a better location. The property consists of several historic, smaller, buildings, all in the historic Creek Street area. The room I had was a pretty good size and well appointed. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The amenities were good quality. I do wish they had a comfortable sitting chair, there was enough room for one, and it makes a difference. That’s quite literally my only complaint. The staff were quite……

“Nice large rooms with full kitchen. Average clean but bed very messily made up. Dresser under TV was I missing 2 drawers?? Heat worked good & bed was comfortable. Saved $60 over competition next door so worth it. Would stay again😁”

“Helpful and courteous management. Great places if you have pets!”

“By Alaskan standards, this was a great place to stay with an exceptional view of the bay and the town below. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and on Property restaurant it was very very good.”

“The room was situated close to the main entrance so noise, also the bathtub was clogged and water did not drain off”

“Old property with lots of history. Displayed on its walls and in its furniture.”

“Research between booking direct or third party. I feel like the property treats third party reservations as lesser so than a direct reservation. Booked a room two adults one minor; desk host was unaware of the second occupancy in the room? Seems like a simple overlook. Small town gives peaceful vibes. Be patient and they will take care of you. I was surprised no coffee in room but the host always made coffee in the morning in the lobby. Property great parking. Quiet off street entrance for……

“This was a nice place to stay. We had everything we needed. It is not fancy, but it was fine for us. The people who run the Eagle Bay Inn are incredibly nice and helpful and interesting. They picked us up at the airport and drove us to our embarkation place the next day. There is no elevator, but the staff carried our luggage up and down the stairs. We felt valued as customers.”
