"Checking in was very straight forward. The staff are friendly and helpful. The train station is very close by and a ton of shopping and food places are as well. Great hotel and the room was amazing. The breakfast had a huge variety and worth the money. I look forward to staying here again, when I come to Sapporo. 😊👍👍"

"スーツケースを下に置きたくないので、スーツケースラックがほしい。フロントに聞きたいことがあっても電話も電話番号もないのでフロントに行くかメールでの対応なので時間がかかりすぎる。 朝食会場で30分待ち、案内されてブッフェを取りに行くとサラダが何もなく補充もされない。店員さんは凄く忙しそうで余裕がなくコーヒーを頼むのにも気をつかう。朝食を食べるだけで1時間40分くらいかかり、エスコンフィールドの先行入場に間に合わなかった"

"Comfortable stay for 2 nights at Gardens Cabin in the deluxe capsule. Comfortable bed and well designed capsule. The temperature was rather overly warm for me and there’s no way of adjusting this so just be aware. Breakfast was decent, otherwise the attached 7-11 is very convenient. Overall it was a good budget option for Sapporo. Excellent location."
