“This automated hotel near Kutchan Station exceeded my expectations in every way. The entire experience was seamless despite having no on-site staff, and I was impressed by both the cleanliness of my room and the functionality of the shared kitchen. Being able to cook my own meals was particularly convenient, especially after picking up local ingredients from nearby shops. The location strikes a perfect balance - it's conveniently close to Kutchan Station while offering easy access to the greater……

“Good location, just 3 min walk from Annupuri. Houseowner is very nice - willing to provide free ride to / pickup from JR station up to 4pm everyday. The breakfast and dinner are of very good quality (and not expensive at all). This is our first time to try skiing and the houseowner proactively found a Cantonese coach and booked the ski gear for us! What a nice service! Really enjoy the stay here! Will stay here again if we visit Niseko!”

“The distance between the lodge and the ski area are closed, so convenience. And there are many shops nearby for skiing tools shopping, restaurants, food trucks, convenient stores and souvenirs shops, nice. Three of us could occupy a room was great. No need to share it with others.”
