"Fantastic position, delightful staff, comfortable beds, the place has a great vibe and the breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend. The bathroom, albeit private, was just down the hall which was fine."

"The location was great!"

"We were fortunate enough to be staying on the second floor, so access to toilets and showers was no problem. Would be a bit less convenient for people on the third floor. "

"very good and helpful staff, nice and polite."

"Staff are helpful. Onsen is good. Food is delicious"

"The staff was really nice and the room service was comfortable enough."
