"Staff and accommodations very nice. Free laundry. Only confusion was check in and line up for food in same door. Stayed in food line for short bit and then asked for check in. Even though very busy a staff showed us everything. "

"As nice as the owner and family are, I can't really recommend this place. Location is 2km out of town so you must have a car. Location is very quiet at night but in the hotel room you can hear water running from toilets etc in other rooms and people walking on the floor above. And I had some sort of tapping sound in my room early in the morning on the second night which made it hard to sleep. There is a fridge and hot water urn in the room, but no tea or coffee (lucky I had my own)and only...

"Very friendly and helpful staff! Clean and spacious room with big bath tub for your own "onsen" . Each room has its own shielded parking. A petrol station is just beside. Although a little far to Sapporo city area, but easy to access as just beside the main roads. Generally, nice hotel. Thanks. "

"If you don’t have a car, very difficult to reach the place. And very difficult to go to ski resort. Very important to know that you need a international driver licence to rent a car in Japan. We had this bab experience and we lost all the money because they aren’t flexible. NO refundable …. "
