"Value for money, very helpful staff"

"The staff are great always very helpful. Doesn’t matter what the problem is they go out of their way to make it ok."

"Great "

"The location is great, with direct access to Beijing Road and lots of shops nearby, but it took us a bit of effort to find it. The staff were very nice and helpful and gave us an upgrade to a better room. The bathroom is a bit small though."

"部屋の外（廊下やエレベーターなど）は非常にボロボロ、部屋の中はタバコの匂いがする。 最悪なのは、４人部屋予約したが、何故か「既に満室」という訳の分からない言い訳。最終的に２人部屋２つになったが、全然思ったより狭いし、兎に角不満いっぱい"

"The location is very good. A huge room size with very good view. Unbeatable price. Recommended!"

"Apartment building. That was great stay, I would definitely return. You don't have the same hotel amenities, but the room is cleaned daily and in a good area."

"This is not a hotel, it’s an apartment complex. Would not recommend."

"The first room I was given was renovated and looked nice, but unfortunately, it did not have a refrigerator. I requested a room change and asked to be on a lower floor. However, the second room was not renovated and was far from clean. There was an unpleasant smell in the room, the refrigerator smelled bad, and the shower showed signs of moisture and poor maintenance. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing, and even the corridors were quite disgusting. It really felt like housekeeping...

"nada que agregar "
