"the room was to be expected. the springs were BEAUTIFUL"

"The price was the best in the city, but this is no hotel as you can find somewhere else. Check-in and check-out was ok. There is no private shower, and with the rain, the ceiling was leaking. Okay-ish hotel. Messages you receive from the owner must be translated in English with Google Translate, but the check-in process pdf is in English."

"- plenty of spacious parking places - modern facilities - super clean - very quiet - great location as restaurants are walking distance away"

"This hotel was excellent. It was immaculate, quiet, the room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel was conveniently located 5 min. Walk from the train station. The staff were so friendly and made our stay very pleasant. We would stay again without question!! Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"家族連れが多かったです。 のんびりゆっくりしたい高齢者には ちょっと不向きかなぁ。"

"Don’t get trapped , I booked for stay for 5 persons then I get only 3 beds and one the members she is on special needs !!! Plus no elevator for this facility And its location is remote and creepy at night for the kids ."

"Great location right on Shirahama Beach. Clean and functional Hotel for a great stay in Wakayama."

"I stayed for three nights. The hotel is clean and well ventilated. I was lucky enough to have a large and quiet room. The owner is very friendly and doesn't bother guests. But the only regret is that the floor noise is loud. It will be noisy if you live next to the stairs. I would come again if given the chance."

"Rather old. The facade needs a new coat of paint. The lift also needs to be upgraded. "

"Was a lovely stay. It was great location, staff was helpful, place and room was clean and spacious. Amenities including onsen were great. Overall super good!"

"Conveniently close to the train and bus stations. It’s an older place but it’s clean and for the price, worth it. There’s also a delicious okonomiyaki place just off the corridor as you walk to the hotel entrance."

"Big shared kitchen "

"スイムレース出場の為に宿泊でした。終わるまで、荷物を預かってもらえ、戻ってきた時には、お風呂も使わせてもらえました。 レース出場の宿泊はリピーターがほとんどだと聞きました。ご主人の臨機対応のサービスにとても有り難く思いました。"

"We are very grateful for this beautiful place. We were looking for somewhere where we could spend quality time together as a family and bring our little dog, and thanks to this place, we were able to enjoy a wonderful, peaceful, and relaxing time together. The place is very peaceful and surrounded by nature, which is exactly what we were looking for. We also met another guest who brought their dog, and it was lovely to see them enjoying the place too. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to...

"Quiet place , nice scene , comfortable futon, delicious Italy food. Highly recommended. 除了可享受被山林包圍的寜靜，還可欣賞百年的舊屋，舊式炭爐，木地板，晨早的雞啼，完完全全融入大自然中……屋主夫婦美味的意大利烹調、帶著在山中取來的各種花草擺放在每道菜式上，就如每一幅美畫放在眼前……好好欣賞和享受吧……….."

"情報量の多いとても親切なオーナーさんでした。 こちら方面では再度の利用を検討できます。"

"The place is on small town, serveral store (convinence store, lundary....) is far from hotel. But town is so quite and calm, hotel is clean and simple. Host of the hotel is nice and kind. Hotel is quite reasonable for that price."

"スタッフの方が親切でした。"

"The rooms are not equipped with bathrooms. Half asleep one had to wander hallways too the bathroom."
