“First there is no elevator. They should make that clear when you book. Second the room they gave us smelled so bad like mold that I didn’t even want to stay but they wouldn’t refund my money. Third there was mold in the fridge, the pool was so cold my kids wouldn’t swim and we had to go down 5 times because our room keys didn’t work. I will never stay at another Wydham ever again. ”

“Upon check-in I was presented with a room which was in unacceptable condition. The Non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The furnishing was in very poor condition, the bed linens were stained and worn, and the bathroom was dirty and in very poor repair. I requested they refund all charges. I told the front desk manager [David or Dan] of my concerns and was told to contact Expedia since that's how I made my reservation. The property did not refund my payment, although I rejected the accommodations……

The blinds in the room were outdated and hard to operate. Being one door away from the pool, we had kids and other guests slamming doors and running up and down the hallway. Up until 10 when the pool closed. Being the doors and walls must have been paper thin, we heard everything. Oh, the best part was the……
