"Room was full of dirty laundry and bedsheets. No staff on duty. Nobody answered the phone. Other guests were leaving because of broken shower and no toilet paper. I had no choice but to get another hotel. 2 hours later I received an email that they had assigned the wrong room. Too late. I want a refund of my prepayment."

"The host had changed the property from what I had initially. Apparently this was bigger than the one that was booked. The lounge was good where you can chill n have coffee."

The photos only show one bedroom and the living room, which are in acceptable condition, but the rest of the house—including the other five bedrooms, the kitchen, and the second bathroom—were older and in worse condition than the areas shown in the pictures. "The place is new inside. Has a new bathroom and kitchen. A sofa bed and the bed are on the smallish side but comfortable. The living space consists of a single room with a bedroom surrounded by glass. It is cozy and practical. It is at the center of everything and we never needed public transport inside the city. Will definitively stay here again and recommend it."
