“Unfortunately the room was not very clean and the condition was poor. Cracks in walls, tiles missing in the bathroom, loose tap, damaged flooring. The location is fine as I just needed something close to Presint 18. Staff were friendly but incorrectly told me I needed to pay tourism tax and I was required to evidence that it was already covered by Expedia. I understand that power requires the key card but it's the first time this extended to plug sockets which meant my phone didn't charge while……

“Smelly room and bathroom”

“air conditioning and shower both good”

“A drinking water availability would have been better. We reached at 12AM and found no drinking water and bought it in morning after going out.”

“Very bad hotel not recommended at all”

“Receptionnya tidak mesra pelanggan. Macam nak tak nak layan.. Parking mudah. Tq”

“Parking x ada. Susah nk cari”

“Overall, I had a good stay at this accommodation. It is centrally located in Chinatown, right next to a very lively street where a market takes place. As a result, the area is busy from early in the morning until quite late at night. However, I requested a quiet room and was given one, which I really appreciated. The room itself was quite basic and sparsely furnished, with only a relatively small window. The interior felt rather cold and lacked a cosy, welcoming atmosphere. The bathroom was……
