「Rooms are in very good shape, excellent wifi, aircon good. Good value for the price. Not a hotel, this is some house with rooms renovated to rent out. Caretaker on site, friendly but very little English. Building from outside looks like a house, right behind Bank of Guam. Close to Galleria, places to eat, but actual street is backside of gambling place, drunks, etc. outside」

「Close to a chinese store with most fruit selling there in this Island. Comfy bed. Small balcony can hang washed clothes. As it’s Fiesta sister hotel, we can call free shuttle bus to Fiesta and enjoy spa service.」

「The location of guesthouse is very nice =D Many restaurant nearby the guesthouse. Just walk around 5 mins to the beach and American Memorial Park. Landlord is friendly and nice, she introduced many tour points to us. And she gave us sandwiches when we got up early to Managaha Island. So touching!! The room is clear.」

「I did not expect thatcthiscwas not an Americal style hotel. The beds were too low to the floor and mattress was too firm. The room chairs were plastic. No boiling pot, no coffee, no hair dryer, toilet paper was on top of medicine cabinet. No holder. Had to go through my phone to connect to TV.」

「Capital hotel was not great at all. Their amenities showed they had a pool, gym and other hood and refreshing places to go to, so I booked it. I went there.. they said pool is at the other hotel they own and we would have to tell them if we want to go there every.single.time. That was so inconvenient, so we said maybe whatever, we won’t use it I guess. Next was the room.. we walk in, and it smells old and musky.. I started coughing. Bed is a bit hard, I was tired and we chose to ignore it saying...

「일단 뷰는 너무 좋고 방도 굉장히 넓었어요. 사장님도 너무너무 친절하시구요 근데 머스탱같은 차 렌트하면 들어가기가 조금 힘듭니다 비포장도로에 길도 험하고 좁아요. suv 추천드려여 그리고 중국인 사장님이 운영하시는건지 중국분들이 많았네요 다른건 정말 좋았어요 방음이 잘 안되나 싶었는데 아쿠아리조트도 방음은 약하더라구요 수압도 세고 좋은데 가라판이랑은 멉니다~」

「Großes Zimmer mit einfacher, aber praktisch neuer Ausstattung (TV, Klimaanlage, Möbel). Parkplatz direkt vor dem Zimmer. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, löste kleinere Probleme mit dem Wifi schnell.」

「The hotel is located near the Mcdonald at Beach Road. It takes 10 mins walk to the central point of Garapan. The room is spacious and well ventilated . The cleanliness is acceptable. The hotel is old fashion and no elevator inside. That means you may need to carry your heavy luggage up to 3 stairs. Overall, I think it is good choice for budget traveller.」

「This property is old and needs some serious tender loving care. The property grounds need to be manicured, because grass was knee-high. The front desk is only manned from 11am-4pm, and when checking out from your room during non-operating hours, there isn't a dropbox for your hotel key (an actual key, not a key card), which required me to find a safe location behind their unmanned front desk, to leave my room key.」

「旅店老闆娘很友善。塞班以自駕遊為主，有興趣既旅客快點考個車牌吧，那就方便得多，因當地公共車班次較疏，站與站距離亦很遠啊～在熱的天氣下行走，定會曬黑。」
