「The hotel is very close to the milano central station, just 3 mins walk. The receptionist is very helpful, introduced many tourist spots and restaurants to us. We enjoyed the stay there.」

「旅館雖然距離米蘭火車站，走路要約15分鐘，而且有點難找 但距離另一個地鐵站Lima，地鐵站出來直走，轉個彎走一下就到，走路只要約5分鐘 交通還算方便 旅館的環境 很棒、很有設計感、又令人感到舒服 感覺的到，旅館主人的用心 整潔、明亮、設計有質感 是我對旅館最強烈的印象 櫃台人員 一個很好，耐心與細心，幫我解決問題 另一個，可能英文比較不好，加上並不是熱心助人的人格特質 所以在服務上比較敷衍 但還是會做到基本的 提供的早餐，還算不錯，麵包、果汁、土司，基本的都有，可選擇坐在餐廳內吃，或是在花園吃」

「The service is excellent!! the receptionists are very helpful!! However the location is very difficult to go. I arrived milan by bus, but I didn't know how to reach the hotel by bus, at the end I had to walk to the hotel with my heavy suitcase for 30 mins. the hotel can be reached by bus 69 and tram 14, but thats it. It is quite far from the centre as well which take at least 25 mins by tram. Tram comes every 10 mins.」

「Nice hotel but rooms are not so good isolated from each other. You can hear neighbors very well.」

「The staffs were nice. The room was very small and not so good smelling. Shower space was tiny and not clean. The internet was terrible, even the TV lost the connection. Generally, the equipments were old and you do not expect them to function properly. Location is the only advantage. 」

「It's fine. Cheap place to stay. The noise is the biggest issue. There were dogs barking in reception one morning and no attempt from anyone to quiet them down. On the last night there was someone in a room practicing opera from 10pm til gone midnight. Think they need to remind guests and staff this is a hotel and people are trying to sleep. But as I say it's clean, cheap and staff were friendly.」

「Hotel abbastanza moderno abbastanza pulito con staff gentilissimo camera ampia con tv è asciugacapelli. I contro sono posizione scomoda e nn molto sicura termosifoni regolati al minimo con freddo neeele stanze ma per fortuna c era il convettore a muro ! 」
