Shiling 2 Stars Hotels

"Was not impressed with the service of this hotel. The hotel is located in a business building and the room was not up to par. There’s a projector in the room which only shows Chinese. The night staff was very friendly and nice and helped even with the Google Translate service. The morning receptionist was really mean to us. She refused to help us get a cab to go to the airport which made us to almost miss our flight. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel anymore."

"I love the hotel and good service"

"Everything were perfect"

"The hotel is clean, staff were very helpful but the breakfast meals were boring and not fascinating at all."

"location staff comfort"

"Very friendly staffs, room is clean, pretty good location, only downside is the breakfast, not that great."

"The hotel is pretty much in an industrial isolated area. There is nothing good about other than perhaps if you are planning to stay one night only. The internet did not work. Staff could not communicate and language was a huge barrier. They did try with their translation app but it really didn’t do justice. Thumbs up for their effortsZ "

"NICE PLACE TO STAY "

"サイトで予約しておいたのに、予約画面みせても反応なし。予約は全くあてにならないし、従業員も無知。たまたま部屋があったため泊まれただけ。始発バスターミナルから近く、隣の道は歩行者天国で場所的には最高。中国慣れしてない人には勧めません。"

"The best hotel "

"前台很友善"

"Couldn't reach the hotel since I couldn't speak Chinese and didn't have RMB cash. The airport information couldn't help me. Not recommendable for non Chinese."

"Sorry, but the service was really poor. I found it very disappointing that you couldn't call me a taxi. Even the staff checked with the Manager and they refused to do so. Is this how a good hotel operates? Thanks to having to walk up the road (with luggage), I hailed a cab myself but regrettably missed my flight."

"the toilet is black. Room has strong smoking smell. The AC wasn’t working during the night. The only thing positive is the location."
