"扉はきしむし！鍵は潰れているし、虫やハエが出てくる。後、チェックアウトが10時だったので９時から支度を始めたが、スタッフさんが早く出て行って欲しそうに無言の圧力！挙げ句のはてに、わざとか分からないが、掃除しようと部屋に入ってこようとする。ちなみに掃除をしている若い男性の方は挨拶もしない。これで一泊素泊まり8300円は高過ぎる。次の日止まったライダーハウスは２泊したが4000円で、親切な上に部屋も綺麗で個室だった。もう２度とこのサイトを利用しないし、桂田も利用しない。"

"I was a bit concerned about noise, since this is mostly a dormitory/camping setup for bikers (motorized and non-motorized), but they have some pretty strict policies in place and, apparently, their guests follow them. I stayed in one of the separate cabins that was equipped with a bunkbed and table and chairs and was delighted to have one of the quietest stays of all my traveling years. Very nice! Clione’s lobby is wonderful, and they have two private onsens (one for males, one for females)....

10/10 Excellent

"Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is somewhat limited in the hotel main lot, so we had to park in a gravel lot about a block away (but at least it was still free!). We didn’t get to enjoy much of the facilities because it was 5pm when we checked in and we checked out the next day at 8am. Breakfast was good. Some of the staff was able to speak some English which was helpful. They also helped us make a dinner reservation at a nearby sushi restaurant which was greatly appreciated. "
