"We were staying at this place for our honeymoon and I couldn’t ask for a better place. The location was marvelous. You are essentially right on the water and can hear the waves crashing at night. The interiors were well kept modern and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay again."

"Location was nice, but we went during peak season in July and paid over 600 per night. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable, thin and squeaky every time I turned over. Then mosquitoes got in the living room from a hole in the sliding door. We were getting bit up from day one. The second night, we were spraying bug spray on our cloths before bed to prevent more mosquito bites through the night. Terrible sleep for three nights in “paradise”. Would not stay here again, absolutely overpriced. "

"Walking distance to Poipu, although we opted for the short drive to carry snorkeling gear, chairs, et al. Also walking distance to Rim Fire, one of our favorite restaurants. I would rate this specific unit as being one of the best locations on the entire Plantation property. Upstairs, which is a better view and quieter than downstairs. The balcony has an unobstructed view over the lawn to the ocean."

"Very old condo, bathrooms are not updated at all - floors coming up, old 70’s lighting, no AC - luckily it was so windy there was more than a breeze. The loft upstairs has carpet and stayed wet due to the climate and is very moldy. You can see the mold and dirt on the steps of the stairs. Refrigerator leaks inside. No water from the fridge. The ice machine works but leaks so you don’t have a full tray of ice. Kitchen is not updated. No beach chairs, snorkel gear, or sand toys. Was not happy with...

"This was a great home for our extended family vacation in Kauai. An easy walk to a number of beaches and a couple of eateries. Management company was very responsive - replacing the grill when it didn’t work properly - and proactive and helpful when the islands were under a tsunami warning. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Place needs work…a remodel & paint. Bed linens were very worn. Small tv & didn’t have much volume on the audio. Very spacious & loved having a washer/dryer! Floor felt dirty . Great views of sunset from the patio! Was just okay for a short stay. No AC & no king bed."

"This property was in an amazing location very near Poipu beach. Worked very well for our family of 14. Access to off-site athletic club with beautiful pool and Cabana Grill. The house is equipped with all the beach gear you need which was so nice. Melissa, Property Manager responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions."
