“We were unable to access the property on arrival due to a lock failure and could not reach the host for several hours late at night, leaving us locked out after an international flight. We had to arrange a locksmith ourselves. After raising this issue, we were surprised to be accused of causing the lock problem and leaving the property in poor condition, which we strongly dispute. The situation was extremely stressful and overshadowed the start of our stay.”

“Staff was super friendly, upgraded my friends and I to a much preferred room and were super easy to talk to and ask questions of, great host! Location was prime next to Coogee; just a bummer that lockers had to be paid for”
