「Overall a very good property in a nice neighbourhood. The noise level at the surf apartment on the second floor esp in the bedroom closer to the street is higher than the other area. Communication with the host is unfulfilling as they have no WhatsApp. Given travellers like us may not have local numbers to make call and emailing may not be as real time, I strongly suggest the host to consider setting up WhatsApp or other instant messaging channel for easy communications. 」

「The property was very clean on arrival. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped and have all the necessary amenities, including a dishwasher and washing machine. That said, although there was dining chairs in the lounge, there wasn’t soft furnishing like a sofa/settee to relax on at the end of the day to watch the tv. 「My family of 4 enjoyed the great location of this flat: walk to the beach, the shops and easy bus connections nearby. Apartment was clean with everything we needed for our stay. The views of the sea from the balcony were a bonus!」

It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. Not far from the major attractions by driving and located at the lovely cozy Coogee beach which I personally think is less commercial than the Bondi. The room is spacious and decoration / condition is very good. Will come back when we come Sydney again. Recommended to go for the room with a little garden, wonderful place for breakfast."
