"When I arrived the woman said there was no reservation for me, that they were full and that they do not have an agreement with Expedia. I could find no other place to stay that night. It’s unclear to me if this issue is with Portal Austral or Expedia. Lame! "

"The chap on reception made this hotel excellent. He deserves 5 stars. Extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel itself wasn’t great. Paper thin walls so I may as well have been sharing a room with the rest of the hotel. The bathroom was shared and sink was continuously blocked. Breakfast just tea bread and dry cake. Fruit or some juice would have been nice. I think for what is was it was incredibly overpriced. Also I love dogs but they had three big dogs which were completely untrained and...
