“The hotel duplicated the room charge - i paid for my staff through expedia and yet on arrival i was charged again. I discovered the duplicate and wrote to the hotel on 26th April. its now 30th April and i have not even gotten any acknowledgement. Totally unacceptable service.”

“La habitación estaba limpia y era amplia. Sin embargo, las habitaciones de la primera planta con vistas al lago dan al parking. Las ventanas son translúcidas y no hay ningún tipo de intimidad. Solicitamos al personal cambiar la habitación a una planta superior porque nos resultó muy incómodo esto y nos lo denegaron. Adicionalmente, el acceso a la piscina es con previa reserva, dato que no supimos hasta que llegamos al hotel y el día que llegamos no había horas disponibles. El desayuno es muy……
