I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Frutillar. Staff were very friendly, took care of all our needs. They are focused on making sure the customers have a great experience. I arrived very early and they allowed me to check-in early after a long flght! Breakfast is wholesome, the property is very well taken care of, the location is really good, rooms are comfortable. I recommend staying at Hotel Frutillar to whoever goes and visits the region while in the south of Chile.

The hotel's location was a key deciding factor for choosing the stay. Another key factor was the description and style of the hotel, in the colonial German style of southern Chile. Both of these factors did result in really enjoying the stay at the hotel. Just a block away from the lakeside beach, and a few more from the Theater by the Lake, and various restaurants. The mirador within the hotel garden gives a fantastic view of the lake and the volcano. The hotel rooms are updated rooms and ours had upstairs bedrooms. Front desk service and information was very professional and helpful. Parking though limited for guests was streetside. We are very willing to return for another visit on our next stay in Frutillar.

The Hotel Frutillar is a gem. Frutillar is one of the most quaint and beautiful towns we've ever visited. And the Hotel Frutillar is probably one of the most beautiful boutique hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. The staff, the rooms and the gardens are simply a pleasure. The hotel is very close to a variety of shops and restaurants too. Will most certainly come back next time, (hopefully soon) that we're visiting the Lake Region of wonderful Chile.

beautiful hotel in a perfect location. outside area and garden is very nice and well mantained. breakfast is delicious. but what I really like the most, was the attention of the staff, very nice and friendly people, always available and eager to make my stay comfortable. definitely reccomended.

Quarto agradável, mas não excepcional. Vista para o jardim, o que obriga a manter a cortina sempre fechada, para ter algo de privacidade. Chocolatinho de boas vindas é sempre bem vindo. Café da manhã suficiente, estilo continental. Mas foi o único hotel no Chile que me colocou travas para pagar em dólares e assim evitar o pagamento do IVA. Disse que minhas cédulas tinham defeitos, mas nenhum outro hotel fez essa observação. Pena, deveriam ajustar esse detalhe.
