“The property was beautiful. The room was comfortable and met every need. Enjoyed the pool and the quiet. The neighborhood did not seem safe, and there were no restaurants in close proximity, so a car is needed. Recommend for those not wanting to stay in Port of Spain. Host and staff were gracious and helpful. ”

“I was disappointed with my experience at St. Ann’s Guest House. While my overall stay was average, I encountered an issue involving transportation arranged through the front desk.
Upon check-in, I requested assistance with arranging a TT rideshare for my airport transfer. I confirmed this request twice with the staff. On the morning of checkout, no one was at the front desk, and a man entered, identified himself as my driver, and I was directed by the staff. I don't remember the front desk……
