「Room was clean, staff was amazing, everyone but Noel from transport, he was rude and unreliable. Wifi was good, pool was perfect, buffet breakfast was delicious. Offere traditional foods and ethnic. Perfect blend. Location was geat, close to tons of food options as well as the mall. 」

「 There is nothing to lift one’s spirits than waking up with the view of ocean and natural sounds of birds sharing the island. The staff are warm and helpful and the rooms are cleaned each day. And after a scorching hot day there is a pool and a bar to wash away the stress of the day. Love it there.」

The staff in general were quite lovely. I would have liked more local food options. I definitely recommend staying there and would stay there in the future. 「The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate.
