「La limpieza no era nada buena. Llegamos y había un trozo de pan en la cabecera. La TV no funcionaba, hasta el 2do día. El agua de la ducha era fría o muy caliente. Para abrir la puerta del cuarto era complicado. La ubicación muy buena y el restaurante del desayuno incluido muy bueno y gran atención. 」

「When we arrived at the hotel, we couldn’t open the door. We peeked through the gate and saw the green moldy pool water, the unswept grounds, and the abandoned hotel. It would have been nice if I was called by the booking agent to tell us the hotel went out of business. After spending an hour trying to figure out what we were going to do, a nice family with a van stopped with the same situation; reservations to a hotel which was closed. 「Clean room and excellent service. I did get a couple of cockroaches in the room after it rained but maybe it is expected from a sub-tropical place. They allowed me a late checkout which was great. All in all a very good experience and would atay here again. 4 stars only because of thr cockroaches otherwise 5 stars.」

「Good AC in room but slow internet. Come with free breakfast. Staff are very helpful. We arranged for the ride to the falls and cross the border to Brazil all with the hotel. Overall a great value for a budget hotel. 」
