“The caretaker was wonderful and so friendly. When our arrival was highly disrupted by Etna spewing ash causing our flight to be diverted to Trapani causing us to arrive at 6am instead of 10pm, he was very welcoming and reassuring throughout the process. “地理位置很好，到景点都很近。早饭也不错，房间干净卫生间比较大，但淋浴房很滑。”

“staff are all friendly and helpful. room was old-fashioned style but all spacious, comfortable and clean. also liked the 24-hour reception and also the fridge in the room. also the scrambled eggs of the breakfast were perfect.”

“good location near train and bus station. Guest room is spacious ”

“Camere dotate del necessario con affresco sul soffitto , posizione ottima vicino al mercato del pesce e dal centro di Catania , personale cordiale e disponibile.”

“.personale molto professionale”

When I asked about dinner in the restaurant I was told that the restaurant was not open anymore. When I enquired about the "Included Breakfast" I was told that they don't serve breakfast any more. When texting……
