Quirky decor but great pool area!

Unusal, quirky decor but a great hotel! Staff friendly and helpful, very clean, beds incredibly comfortable and a brilliant pool area. Breakfast quite basic (extra charge for fried eggs or omelette) and restaurant pricey as often is the case in hotels. Not central to Catania but lovely to be away from the craziness so you can relax. Good bus options to the town, or further up the coast.

This property is managed perfectly. From the staff to the options. Everything was fantastic. The food is amazing and the servers so polite and accommodating. The front desk is managed very well. The rooms are clean, items are replenished daily. The next time I’m in Catania, I will be staying here.

Accomodation was serviceable for my needs. Room was clean with good mattress. Pool was closed during my stay. Fromt desk staff friendly and helpful. Accomation is bear enough to airport to make it a viable inexpedive option. Hotel food was good but not great. Parking at hotel was on the expensive side for whst should be free when staying at a hotel.

Really enjoyed the stay. Had a lovely big room facing the sea. The bed was big and very comfy. The staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, particularly the pancakes and pistachio cannoli. The freshly squeezed orange juice was the best I’ve ever tasted. Everything about the stay was just right and fitted. Perfect.

The hotel is a little dated but this did not take away from what a lovely stay we had. Staff were so friendly and catered to all our needs. Very helpful. We asked to see the "Horta" garden's. Which is well worth a look. This is where some of the produce for the restaurant is grown. Cute little shops on site and the pool / seaside was very relaxing. A good 30min walk to Aci castello centre and a bus ride from the centre of Catania. A good little find

Staff at all level are very friendly, nice hotel. Except the walking tour I booked, there was communication issues, they don’t pick up at hotel, I was waiting for 45 mins no one showing to meet me. Overall is very good hotel.

Beautiful ocean views, though the balcony was tiny and barely able to seat one person comfortably. The hotel was clean, but the bathroom could use some updating. The staff was helpful and professional.

Convenient parking onsite. Little lacking in number of outlets and the walls are very thin, can hear everyone walking outside the door. Otherwise comfortable stay with large room and balcony.

From the moment I arrived the reception staff were friendly and efficient. My room was very comfortable and was cleaned to a high standard. I had a Spa treatment yesterday and Natalie was excellent! The breakfast staff were very friendly and efficient. As a solo traveller I felt safe. Thank you Kerstin

We travelled by car, hence, the location was perfect for us (not directly in the centre, but a few minutes drive away). 24/7 parking was available which is extremely convenient and not expensive. All staff were very professional, from the receptionists, those who cleaned our room, as well as the pool attendants. The hotel was lovely, modern, clean and equipped with everything (pool, beach area, gym, bar). To top it off, it is very reasonably priced. We look forward to visiting again in the future!

Hotel was just a bit too far from centre. Requires expensive taxi rides. Not much choice of eateries near hotel. No hotel shuttle service. Replenishing of room amenities not consistent, always missing items however housekeeping is very friendly and will respond with providing when asked. Facilities in hotel limited. SPA not always avaliable, pool opens late in morning. Room layout not good. Not enough electrical power points. But has nice balcony and every room has view of sea. Staff at front desk do try to be helpful but are limited in what they can help.

You could catch the. Bus to the city center right outside the hotel for 2 euros each round trip but it’s not close to anything else. But the staff was very friendly and the food in the bar area was good !
