「Beds were too firm. I had to use some of the pillows to sleep on top of mattress. Laundry machine took quarters instead of card. Seemed like a newer building, but had coin operated machine. Other than those 2 things, the stay was great. Staff was friendly and attentive. Glad there were gluten-free options at the free breakfast. Thank you so much!」

「I have a family of five and looked forward to staying at such a high rated hotel. We booked the suite and at first everything looked wonderful, but as we settled in we found that the fridge was unplugged and would take 8 hours to just get cold. As we were only staying one night this prevented us from keeping our children’s snacks and drinks refrigerated. The kids were very much looking forward to swimming in the indoor pool, but that didn’t work out as the smell of chlorine was overpowering and...
