“Rooms were nice and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. However, the night club/dance club right next door made it impossible (no exaggeration!) to sleep. The music was so loud, the bass was so strong - even with the window shut and provided ear plugs inserted, sleep was not a possibility until 3AM when the club closed. Even though aesthetically, the hotel was wonderful, the excessive noise makes this a place we would never return too. Never.”

“I experienced some difficulty at check-in. The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them. Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time. I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).”

“Great location and the quiet calm we wanted. Food in the bar/restaurant was really nice and the staff at the hotel couldn’t be more helpful. Our room was nice but very tired, in the need of a face lift.”

“Hervorragende Lage für Wanderausflüge, jedoch nicht am Wochenende, da völlig überlaufen durch Badegäste am Upper Lake und Wandertourismus. (Viele Busse reisen an, Stau zur Hotel Zufahrtsstraße). Positiv ist der kostenfreie Gästeparkplatz beim Hotel. Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, jedoch könnte dem Hotel eine Auffrischung gut tun, nicht alles funktioniert mehr einwandfrei. Das Frühstück ist sehr regional gehalten, gewöhnungsbedürftig und bietet keinerlei Abwechslung. Hauptsächlich……

“The hotel is very dated even the elevator and use of actual keys to open and unlock the room door. The room was extremely hot as there was no air conditioning in the room and the temperature was above 23*C even went up to 26*C and the hotel only provided a small fan. The window barely opens to let air in, it was ver uncomfortable to sleep for the two nights we stayed there. The breakfast was fresh not a lot of choices as you order from the menu. The room was clean and the location good.”
