“Entrance great, breakfast great and the last room was clean comfortable and clean but the first room we were assigned was the pits: layer of dust on furniture and under microwave, black fungus on the bathtub corners. No phone and dirty floors and the elevators dirty. Maintenance is very important regardless if the property is old. New or under re-model. Personel should show they love what they do and supervisors are responsible hotel offers customers a clean and safer stay. My disappointment……
