「Presentation good. Room amenities need attention ie only 1 bar of soap ,only 1 chair to sit on in room. No water in room to shower because of broken supply pump. No attempt was made for guest compensation. Breakfast was very good.」

「I paid with my Apple Card, but the Home2 Suites by Hilton Wildwood the Villages staff said they didn't receive the payment and asked me to make a second payment, which I declined，My credit card was still charged!」

「We’ve stayed at this hotel five times, for four nights each visit, and it has always been a wonderful experience! The hotel has such a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere, and the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and attentive. The breakfasts are absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options, and the fitness center is always clean and well-maintained.
