「The room is clean and the service personnel are enthusiastic.」

「The room had silver fish in it. Batteries on the room door lock went dead and the front desk clerk spent more time talking about his other job at a different motel then helping us get into our room. Only one man new how to get into the room and he was an hour away. I got to say though when he got there, he was less then 5 minutes to get us into the room. That man knows how to work a slim-jim. 」

「The ice maker on 3rd floor didn't work but other than that it was smooth easy check in, clean rooms.」

「Very clean though I thouhgt the price was a little high for this property but better than other properties with less amenities.」

「To start, the host was rude and acted like he didn't care about 3 groups of people checking in. He did not say hello or thank you to any of us. We checked in at 3:00pm and the rooms were not cleaned yet, so we had to wait in the lobby for about 20 minutes. After inspecting our room, there was a huge yellow stain on the sheet. I found the housekeeper and got a new sheet, but got a queen size instead of a king. The hot tub in the room was cracked all around top and bottom, so we did not get to...

「Nice place. However, if you get a room on the second floor plan on hearing highway traffic 24/7 and bright lights passing through all night. It is very hard to sleep. Also, the standard hotel pillows are terrible and flat. Lastly, they no longer have a shuttle to the airport. They discontinued it our first day there. 」
