「The whole room is nice and clean, but with the nice view, the window cannot be opened is really a pity. And there is a smell inside the room. The location is really nice, close to the piazza and many restaurants. Also close to the bus station.」

「Premetto che fra viaggi di piacere e viaggi di lavoro dormo in hotel o b&b 50/60 volte l'anno. Mai mi è capitato di trovare del personale così inadeguato, nemmeno negli angoli più remoti e sperduti dell'asia! In fase di checkout ho dovuto "forzare" il receptionista per pagare! Voleva farmi pagare solo i 2 euro della tassa di soggiorno senza il costo del pernottamento...con il senno di poi avrei dovuto accettare, ma l'onestà paga sempre, anche di fronte a degli incapaci del genere! 」

「Loved this hotel. It was cut and charming. Not directly on the main road so its pretty quite, but the main road is basically just a long driveway so still super close. Front desk guy was super nice and helped us get a taxi to the train station. The view from the balcony was AMAZING.」

「Didn’t eat there so no opinion on that. Check in is 4, not 3 as listed on booking websites. Property location is gorgeous with stunning views. It is about a mile down a gravel road, very secluded. The room furnishings a bit outdated, but the bed was comfortable enough. Paper thin walls, you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. Room was clean, bathroom ok, shower gets hot, water pressure so-so, shower doesn’t drain very well. Very conveniently located to Pienza and other towns. Overall...

「Hotel con parcheggio privato molto comodo,con anche tettoia per riparare le auto dal sole. Reception e location semplice quasi sicuramente a gestione familiare. Qualità ottima della reception e della disponibilità per ogni evenienza. Camere semplici come arredo ma funzionali con letto molto comodo,matrimoniale e non i soliti 2 singoli accoppiati. Doccia calda fin da subito e ottimo anche il phon capelli. Colazione semplice ma ottima,diverse torte fresche e cornetti. Qualità prezzo eccellente...
