"非常差！非常糟糕！非常不愉快的入住体验！五星酒店价格最多三星的服务。绝对差评！当天下午 1 点不到就到酒店了，上一个住户还没退房，让我们等。等没问题，还没到 2 点，但不能牺牲和占用下一个住客的权利和时间吧？后面一直催一直催，酒店则以各种理由拖延，一会说住户延迟退房，一会说东西还在房间，不方便打扫，一直等到4 点多才入住，整整晚了两个多小时，下午的旅游计划也都打乱了。这还不止，进入房间还一股消毒水味道，直到一小时后才散去。过程中，酒店回复他们做了什么？说住户没回来，酒店将他们东西先搬走了。酒店为了保证入住体验，安排了2 个阿姨打扫并全屋消毒了......这些，难道不是你们应该做的吗？不是我让你们如此局促的打扫房间的。如果酒店跟前一个的住户沟通好何时必须要退房，预留足够的清扫时间，这些事情都提前安排好，给本人不愉快的事也都不会发生！不是么？"

"Extremely local chinese hotel. English speaking staff were far and few. Staff all hesitant and not confident to deal with foreigners so the communication was a struggle. But everyone was nice and polite. The common areas are not well maintained (i.e. lobby) so if you are looking for an upscale experience this is not your place. Most importantly the operations and management of the place is very poor. Everyone was all over the place. It was a mess. The team couldn’t manage the guests and it affected our enjoyment and experience."

"It was a good stay for us, the room was clean, staff very friendly, but if you are a non smoker, there's second hand smoke in the breakfast area or common areas, which is typical of most properties as the staff smoke. The breakfast is suited for Chinese travelers, so if you are accustomed to a western style breakfast, you won't find it here."
