「I feel that a 4pm check-in time is absolutely ridiculous. There are some guests that stay one night and are leaving on the 5am flight. With your check-in time those guests are not in your hotel for 12 hours and paying $300+ for the night. Beautiful hotel and view but 4pm is wrong. Hire some more cleaning staff again. Cutbacks are best in other sectors not cleaning staff.」

「The location is excellent: the view of the field and water is wonderful. The breakfast was very nice - lots of fruit, eggs etc. the staff was friendly and helpful.
The place needs a major overhaul. Paint chipping; patio holes, the furniture looks old and odd. The rooms have issues with windows not opening and the layout is 1980s. There are almost no outlets or charger ports. The TV has lots of channels but most aren't available. The bed was comfortable but with little pillows the tub/shower...
