“Great place”

“I didn't know what to expect with this stay, but the front desk staff was so nice, it was safe, and clean. The breakfast had a variety of cold items, fruit and breads with a toaster. The room was fine, the bathroom was updated and very clean, but the decor and bedding let them down. The blankets were thin, the pillows were well used and the sheets hadn't been crisp in a very long time. But everything was serviceable and I slept well. If you need to stay in a high-fashion, modern room, this one……

“Beautiful hotel. We found it very comfortable and quiet. The interior is freshly painted and the decor throughout the lobby is very elegant. The room was clean and maintained each day for us. It was pleasant to come back at the end of a long day to find our room clean with fresh towels. Our only complaint is that the elevator is very slow but other than that We highly recommend.”

“The bedding is somewhat worn.”

“So far, the hotel has been nice, and the staff have been very friendly, caring, and accommodating. However, we were disappointed that someone complained about the noise. We have children, and we are doing our best to make sure they enjoy their vacation while also being respectful of other guests. I understand the situation and that everyone deserves a peaceful stay. Unfortunately, this experience made us feel uncomfortable, and I don’t think this hotel is the right fit for our family.”
