"Very pleaseful experience at this hotel, room are comfortable and wide. Very clean and breakfast was very good. The staff, especially the cleaning at floor 7 were so polite. "

"Stayed for 8 nights. Very Very Very foreigner friendly. Front desk staff all speak English and were insanely helpful with not just regular hotel duties but went above and beyond helping us with our Taobao issues and Shanghai difficulties. (11/10) Would absolutely book again!"

"The hotel location isn’t correct. It shows 16 mins walk to people s square but actually the address 1905 is 2 plus hours walking. Don’t answer the phone and staff wasn’t speaking writing English. I didn’t stay here so can’t comment on anything else."
